About Doctor Jonathan Levine Veterinarian
Doctor Jonathan Levine, a native of Long Island, graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Science in applied mathematics. He worked for several years in business strategy before deciding to change paths and pursue a career as a vet. Dr. Levine earned his Doctorate in Vet Medicine from the University of California (UC), Davis, where he served as co-president of his class. Upon graduation, Dr. Levine completed a one-year Companion Animal Medicine and Surgery internship at Blue Pearl Vet Partners in New York City (NYC). Since then he has worked in both primary care & emergency medicine.
Doctor Levine enjoys all aspects of vet medicine, with a special passion for internal medicine, dermatology, dentistry, & senior care. He enjoys collaborating with & educating pet partners to provide high-quality medical care & help strengthen the human-animal bond.
Doctor Levine lives in Jamaica Plain with his wife & son. You will often see him around town walking with Brinkley, her rambunctious Golden Retriever.
Doctor Levine is a member of the American Vet Medical Association, & Massachusetts Veterinary Medical Association (MVMA). He is a USDA-Accredited Veterinarian.
